Prisma

Prisma is a photography utility tool for Android. Photos that you take can be turned into works of art. You can brush up the various pictures that you take using the many tools that are inside of the app. Many of the filters are inspired by famous artists, helping your photos to look more recognizable.

The app doesn't take up a lot of storage space. It's also supported in both English and Russian. It's fun and easy to use.

The main downside is that there is a watermark. You have to leave it on there, work to remove it, or pay for the upgraded version to get it off.
